  • Whether you're stopping in for a casual tasting or planning a special celebration, there’s an experience at Distillery Botanica for every kind of spirit lover.

  • We recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends, to ensure availability, particularly for groups of 4 or more. Walk-ins are welcome when space permits.

  • Tastings start from $5 for a casual walk-in, where you can try any 5 spirits or liqueurs.
    For a more in-depth experience, our $15 guided sit-down tasting includes our full seasonal range and limited releases.
    You can also add a cheese and cracker platter for $10 or a grazing board for $20 per person to enhance your experience.

  • We offer a variety of unique and hands on experiences, including:

  • Yes, there are a few great ways to explore our range:

    – Walk-in tasting  for just $5 to sample any 5 spirits or liqueurs.
    – Tasting Experience for $15 per person for a hosted tasting of our full range, including limited releases.
    – Tasting paddle for $25 for a flight of 3 gins or liqueurs, each topped with tonic or soda and finished with a garnish.

  • Make the most of your visit with a few delicious extras. From cheese platters and grazing boards to tasting paddles and light bites from Bar Botanica, we’ve got plenty to complement your experience, whether you're settling in for a full tasting or just popping by for a quick sip.

  • Absolutely! You can pre-order a cheese and cracker platter for $10 per person or indulge in a more generous grazing board for $20 per person. Both are perfect accompaniments to your tasting experience and showcase locally sourced bites that pair beautifully with our spirits.

  • Yes, Bar Botanica operates independently on the same grounds as Distillery Botanica. They offer a selection of light bites to complement your visit, think pastries, pies, sandwiches, and grazing platters.

  • Looking to get hands-on or plan something a little extra special? Our workshops and group experiences are perfect for celebrations, team events, and creative spirits.

  • Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. You'll choose botanicals, distil your spirit in a copper still, design a custom label, and take home a 500ml or 700ml bottle of your creation.

  • Absolutely! We host birthdays, hens and bucks parties, Christmas celebrations, team days, and corporate events. Whether you're after a relaxed gathering or a fully tailored experience, we’ll work with you to make it memorable.

  • 25 Portsmouth Road, Erina NSW 2250 (just over an hour north of Sydney)

  • We’re open Wednesday to Sunday, 11am to 4pm. Check our events page for extended trading during seasonal events.

  • Yes, we have free on-site parking. On busy weekends or during events, parking may be limited so we recommend carpooling if visiting as a group.

  • Kids are welcome under supervision. Well behaved dogs on leads are allowed in the garden areas.

  • Yes, the distillery, tasting room and most of the garden paths are wheelchair-friendly. Please contact us before visiting if you have specific accessibility needs.
